How I work

Week 0

Diagnosis

I get inside your processes before training anyone. I talk to the teams, find where AI genuinely helps and where it doesn't, and prioritise by impact.

Weeks 1-2

Hands-on training

Each department trains on its own cases: finance with their closings, operations with their reports, leadership with their decisions. People leave using AI, not having heard about it.

Adoption

Follow-up with usage and impact metrics, reinforcement where needed, and evolving the use cases. The difference between a training day and real change happens here.

I'm José Luque

Before going independent I was an AI Specialist on Deloitte Spain's innovation team, leading AI integration. I've been building with this technology since the early days: I shipped my first AI product in 2023, back when almost nobody knew what a prompt was.

Today I work with hotel chains, investment firms and professional services companies across Spain and the Middle East. I lecture on AI for hospitality as a guest professor at Les Roches and have spoken at venues like Google for Startups Madrid.

My take is simple: the difference between a company that pays for AI tools and one that profits from them is training and follow-through. That's what I do.

Spanish companies get a yearly training credit deducted from social security contributions. As a provider registered with the State Training Registry, my programmes qualify: depending on your available credit, training can effectively cost zero. I'll walk you through it on the first call.
